I will be presenting at the upcoming Business Fundamentals Bootcamp IV that will be held on March 30th, 2012 from 11:00am to 6:00pm at the Cambridge Innovation Center. The theme of this year’s event is “Growth Through Innovation”. BFBC IV’s panel will examine the impact and role that innovation plays in our businesses, and what we can do to foster a culture of innovation.
My session is entitled: Defining Your Unique Strategy & Executing an Operational Blueprint and will be at 2.35pm.
Hosted by Acceleration Partners and Supporting Strategies, the Business Fundamentals Bootcamp Series is designed especially for CEO’s and CXO’s of early and growth stage companies. Previous attendees typically run businesses in the $1m to $100m sales range. The event includes speakers and panelists who lend their expertise on tactical issues and opportunities for growing businesses focused on topics in sales & marketing, management & strategy, operations & finance, and legal & human resources.
The curriculum is tactical in nature, providing expert guidance; tools and takeaways that business leaders need to execute successfully and grow their business. The event concludes with a networking reception for participants and presenters.
I’d love to see as many friends there as possible. Attendance tends to be oversubscribed and is capped at 120.
All attendees are given the use of an iPad for the day to follow all the sessions!
See you there.
